Job Details
We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Consultant to propel our sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new clients, nurturing solid relationships with them, and maintaining and enhancing our existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing campaigns.
- Develop a variety of digital design assets, such as emailers, presentations, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Create corporate design materials, including logos, branding resources, and style guides.
- Produce print materials for events, such as brochures, posters, and signage.
- Design and develop impactful merchandise for events and brand promotion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Explore and utilize innovative design techniques, including AI tools.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital, corporate, event, and print design.
- Strong visual communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of typography and color theory.
- Ability to interpret briefs and create innovative and effective designs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the North American time zone (night shift in India).
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with AI design tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in 3D design and animation software.
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop original design concepts.
